Drayton Minor Hockey (DMH) is exploring the possibility of offering additional Power Skating programming beginning in the 2026/2027 season, and we would greatly value input from our families.
This proposed program is intended to provide structured, safe, and developmentally appropriate skating instruction to help players strengthen their skating fundamentals. We have also heard growing interest from players and parents for more development opportunities within our association.
Proposed Program Overview (Subject to Change)
· Timing: Fall 2026
· Format: 50-minute morning sessions, once per week for 6–8 weeks
· Eligibility: Open to all DMH players (U8–U18), grouped by age
· Delivery: Qualified instructors with small group instruction (maximum 12 skaters per session)
· Cost: Separate from DMH registration; approximately $100–$150
This program would be optional and offered as additional paid development programming.
